LIGNIA’s laminated product in the UK being used for joinery

LIGNIA is now working with 30 leading UK joinery companies to provide the market with a beautiful and durable modified timber for furniture, doors and windows. The award-winning team in Barry has produced laminated window corners which are helping to promote LIGNIA’s small movement, durability and aesthetics to timber experts across the UK.

Commercial Director Steve Rogers is working with LIGNIA's joinery sales expert Paul Leach to ensure that these leading woodworking companies have enough LIGNIA to get them started. He says the reaction to LIGNIA entering the market has been phenomenal: “We are really pleased with the way these joinery companies have taken to LIGNIA. We are seeing a lot of enthusiasm and some great samples being made up for testing. This is allowing us to prepare for a major push into what will be a very important market for us”.

LIGNIA’s products are already small movement and stable and the lamination is now delivering an even more stable product which already carries a 50-year-warranty against rot and decay in above ground uses.

LIGNIA is working in collaboration with a leading European laminating company that works to extremely high standards of quality and craftmanship. This ensures that LIGNIA’s product range is tested to meet stringent ift-Standards.

LIGNIA will be preparing similar launches for joinery and millwork across the US and Europe as well in the next few months.
